I became interested in the field of health and nutrition when experiencing my own difficulties with lethargy, excess weight and tension headaches. Continual yo-yo dieting did not help and I decided to seek the help of a Holistic Health Coach who many of you may have heard of – Madeleine Shaw. She had written an article about the the importance of keeping our gut healthy and in balance and it made so much sense. With her help, my problems vanished and this experience made me want to learn more so that in turn, I too, could help others.
I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.
With my knowledge I will help you create a completely personal action plan based on your goals which will help move you forward towards your ideal version of health and happiness in your unique body.
